I love the Fire Emblem Series back from Fire Emblem on the GBA. I love building my own forces up, using who I want to achieve victory over the AI. I love the strategical value of the game, the storyline is traditional if the FE series and enjoyable. It's always fun discovering the twists and turns in some of the characters through the special conversation you can get and even figuring out how to get some of the characters on your team in the first place. Though, I think the job change system in this one is completely unneeded. Yeah it's come in hand and made things easier on a map but other than that one map I haven't really seem a use for it. The game should be built on like the others, characters having single classes and utilizing the classes to the best of your ability.
